Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup honey (I used honey and clear Karo syrup because I didn't have enough honey)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (gluten free)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all except cornstarch and water into slow cooker and mix.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
3. Remove chicken and cut into strips.
4. In bowl, combine cornstarch and water; add to crock pot and stir. Add chicken and stir again.
5. Cook on high for 10-20 minutes.
Can mix all except cornstarch and water and freeze in freezer bag. When ready to cook, place in crock pot and follow directions above.
