Funfetti Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box Funfetti cake mix
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 c. rainbow sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix and baking powder. Add eggs, butter, and vanilla. Fold in sprinkles. Scoop out dough with a small cookie scoop and place on a baking sheet, about 1" apart.
Bake until slightly golden, 12 to 13 minutes. Let cool.
