Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 oz. whole milk
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 6 oz. hot espresso or strong coffee

Step 1
Put pumpkin, spice and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly and fragrant (3-5 min.) Whisk in milk and vanilla. Turn heat to low and cook until warmed through Transfer to a blender and process until foamy. Pour coffee into two mugs and slowly pour in the pumpkin-milk mixture. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.. Makes 2 servings.
