1 bag frozen raspberries
2 Tbs. sugar
Champagne

Preparation

Step 1

Puree 1 bag of frozen raspberries with the sugar until creamy. If using fresh berries refrigerate them first so they're cold.

Place 1 Tbs. puree in champagne flute and fill with Champagne.
