  • 1 pkg. Echrich smoked sausage
  • 8 quartered Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 diced yellow pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. olive oil

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

In a pan arrange sausage, potatoes, and peppers. Put butter in small cubes over the top. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on top.

Bake covered for 40-50 minutes.
