Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Echrich smoked sausage
- 8 quartered Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced yellow pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. olive oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
In a pan arrange sausage, potatoes, and peppers. Put butter in small cubes over the top. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on top.
Bake covered for 40-50 minutes.
