Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tsp yeast
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Beat shortening, eggs, sugar and salt. Add to yeast mixture, with 2 cups warm water and enough for soft dough. Start at 5:30p and knead down down every hour for 4 hours. Form into buns. Cover well. Bake in the morning at 350 until golden brown. 15-20 min.
