Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup crumbled Stilton cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation
Step 1
1 In large bowl, stir cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard until blended. Stir in Cheddar and Stilton cheeses, bell peppers and chives.
2 Divide cheese mixture in half. Shape each half into a log. Roll logs in walnuts. Wrap each log separately in plastic wrap or waxed paper. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
3 Place cheese logs on serving platter. Serve with apple slices and crackers.
