Chicken that makes it's own gravey

Ingredients

• 3 to 3 1/2 lb cut up chicken
• 1/4 c flour
• 1/4 c melted butter or margarine
• 12/3 c (small can) evaported milk
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 c grated american or chedder cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Coat chicken with flour. Arrange in single layer with skins down in melted butter in 13x9 pan. Bake uncovered at 425 for 30 minutes. Turn bake 15 - 20 minutes longer. Remove from oven, reduce temp to 325 and pour off all fat. Combine milk, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Add onions and mushrooms to chicken. Pour milk mixture overall. Cover w/Foil. Continue baking 15 - 20 minutes.
