- 3/4 cup prepared sun-dried tomato dressing,
- like Newman's Own Lighten Up
- 1 chipotle Chile in adobo sauce, like La
- Costena, finely chopped.
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 whole chicken cut into serving pieces (3 lbs

Step 1
1.) Heat grill. In small bowl, whisk together sun-dried tomato dressing, chipotle chilies, oregano and cilantro until blended.
2.) In large re-sealable plastic bag, combine chicken pieces and 1/2cup dressing mixture. Let marinate 30 minutes. Remove chicken pieces from marinade; discard marinade.
3.) Grill chicken 20 minutes or until thermometer inserted in meat reads 165 degrees F, basting frequently with remaining dressing mixture, turning once. Remove and discard skin before eating.
