Ingredients

  • 3 cups DOLE® Frozen Mixed Fruit, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bottles red wine
  • 2 cups DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1 . Place mixed fruit, brandy and sugar in 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine.
  • 2 . Set in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
  • 3 . Add wine and pineapple juice stir to combine. Serve over ice. Yield: 12 servings
