Ingredients
- 3 cups DOLE® Frozen Mixed Fruit, partially thawed
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 bottles red wine
- 2 cups DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
- 1 . Place mixed fruit, brandy and sugar in 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine.
- 2 . Set in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
- 3 . Add wine and pineapple juice stir to combine. Serve over ice. Yield: 12 servings
