Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 3 sticks celery, sliced
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 46 oz can vegetable juice
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 16 oz can kidney beans, drained
- 4 cubs beef bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
in a large skillet brown over medium heat, ground beef, onion and celery
drain excess grease
put ground beef mixture in crock pot
add in the tomatoes with juice, vegetables juice, potatoes, drained kidney beans, bouillon and seasoning
stir well
cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
on high 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender
