- 3 cups whole pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon pure orange extract (or 2 drops Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® Wild Orange oil )
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place the pecans in a medium-sized mixing bowl. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg white and the orange extract or orange essential oil until frothy. 4. Mix in granulated sugar, cinnamon and salt. 5. Pour the egg white mixture over the pecans and stir until coated well. Spread the pecans into a single layer on the baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
