Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan or pie plate that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine filling ingredients in order listed in mixer and beat until smooth. Pour over graham cracker crust. Spread evenly in pan.
Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes, then at 425 F for 10 minutes. Cool.
In mixer combine topping ingredients and mix until ingredients are smooth.
Spread on top of cooled cheesecake.
Top with assorted fruit of your choice like blueberries and sliced strawberies.
