Make these festive Christmas tree wraps for your next party. Shape them into triangles, and add an olive as the tree stem.

  • 6 spinach tortillas
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped (from a jar of roasted red peppers)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Black olives
  • Toothpicks

Step 1

Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Mix in the chopped roasted red peppers, chopped fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese.

Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each of the tortillas and roll up. Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

When ready to serve, cut each tortilla roll into about 1" slices. Shape each roll into a triangle and add a black olive with a fancy toothpick to the bottom of each triangle to make it look like a Christmas tree.
