Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb ground beef, I use a leaner 90/10
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1-14.5 oz can Muir Glen Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 pkg William's Chili Seasoning (measure for 1 lb. ground beef)
- 2-3 dashes Worcestershire
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Press “Sauté” option and "adjust" to "more"; allow Instant Pot to heat up. Add ground beef and brown for 2-3 minutes
Add onion and bell pepper, cook an additional 2 minutes on “Sauté”; drain fat
Add beans, tomatoes, broth and seasonings; stir
Manual cook 20 minutes
NPR 10 minutes
Serve with condiments of choice.
