Ingredients

    c. ginger beer

  • cup POM (pomegrante juice)

  • 2

    ounces Vodka

  • 1

    T lime juice

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • candied mint

  • Candied Mint leaves

  • water

  • ½

    c. mint leaves

  • 1.4

    c, sugar

  • Gently dip each mint leaf in water and then cover with sugar. Place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining leaves. Allow leaves to dry at room temperature. Mint can be made 1 day ahead and stored in an airtight container at room temp
