POTATOES****Roasted Potatoes (Actifry)
By Unblond1
19/12/16 - Great for both (not quite as good as the fries but a very close second)
3 servings, can be doubled.
25/12/16 - I made a full kilo, with goose fat, and they took maybe 10 minutes longer.

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and cut the potatoes and put them into a bowl of cold for 30 minutes to 1 hour or longer. Drain and pat dry in a tea towel.
Put the goose or duck fat into the Actifry; heat it for 2 minutes. Add the chunked potatoes. Cook for 40 - 45 minutes, cooking for another 5 or 10 minutes if they need it to get nice and crispy. (500 grams took 45 minutes and could probably have taken another five). If using garlic, add after the first 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper for the last 5 or 10 minutes and seasonings (paprika, cumin, rosemary, etc.) if desired, for the last 5.
