Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 cans peas
- 1 can water chesnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- cracker crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Saute in butter; onion, green pepper, & celery. Remove and add peas & chesnuts. Arrange mixture in casserole. Top with soup. Repeat. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 350* for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
