Ingredients
- 4 slices bread, cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 6 tsp. minced onion
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. worchestershire
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- flour
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Step 1
Mix together bread, milk, eggs, & onions and let stand. Mix together hamburger, pork, parsley, pepper, salt, worchestershire, sugar, & dry mustard. Add to first ingrediants. Make into balls, flour, & brown in 6 Tbsp. margarine. Add 1/2 cup water over meat balls. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add 8 oz. sour cream & mushroom soup.
