Frosted Sugar Cookie Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 cups white chocolate chips
• 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp Frosted Sugar Cookie International Delight Coffee Creamer
• 6-8 crumbled sugar cookies
• 3-4 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Step 1

Instructions
Line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper & spritz lightly with cooking spray

In a medium glass bowl, combine the chocolate chips, creamer & the sweetened condensed milk

Microwave on 50% heat in 30-second intervals until fully melted & combined- be sure to stir well in between each interval.

Fold in most of the crumbled sugar cookies - leaving out some for the top

Transfer melted mixture into prepared pan

Sprinkle on remaining cookie pieces & sprinkles

Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours to set or freeze 2-4 (allow to thaw 30 min before cutting)
