Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp onion, very finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp kosher dill pickle, minced
  • 1 stalk of celery, very finely diced
  • 1 sm clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 anchovy, minced
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in the order given. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate. Sauce will last for up to 2 weeks.
