Step 1
in one inch of boiling water add 2 peeled garlic cloves and cook 3-5 minutes until easily pierced with paring knife. Mash garlic into a paste. Then in medium bowl whisk garlic, 1 large pasteurized egg yolk, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard and 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice. Whisking constantly add olive oil in thin stream. Whisk in 1 tbsp sweet paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce. Add salt and pepper.
