Ingredients
- 12 sweet green peppers
- 12 sweet red peppers
- 12 green tomatoes
- 4 medium onions
- Salt to taste
- 1 hot pepper, optional
- 1 quart salad dressing
- 1 pint salad mustard
- 1 cup vinegar
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup flour

Step 1
Grind vegetables in food chopper until fine. Sprinkle with salt to taste and let stand 15 minutes. Drain juice.
Mix flour with enough water to make a smooth paste. Add sugar and vinegar; stir until blended. Add chopped vegetables, salad dressing and mustard. Mix well. Cook in a saucepan; bring to a boil and cook five minutes. Fill sterilized jars and seal while hot. Makes 8 or 9 pints.
