4. Zip ‘Em In. Place prepared strawberries in a freezer bag. Don’t overfill the bag! You want to add just enough strawberries to lay them flat in a single-file line with individual fruits separated as much as possible. Too many strawberries sitting in a hunk and you’ll get frozen chunks that are difficult to thaw.

5. Save, Store & Share. Once the strawberries have frozen in ‘single-file’, you can now store the bag any way you please until ready to use. When you need frozen strawberries, simple open the bag and you’ll be able to pour out as many individual frozen berries as you need.
