Ingredients
- 1 store bought 8 ounce pizza dough
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 8 slices bacon, diced
- 1 large onion sliced thin
- 8 oz Brie, sliced thin
- 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Unroll dough and gently press out into prepared pan. Roll out to 1/8" thick, using extra flour and allowing dough to rest as necessary, Let dough rest for 15 minutes,
Bake for 12 minutes until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, mix together sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg together, set aside.
Cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crisp, remove and allow to drain on paper towel lined plate.
Drain all but 2 Tbsp bacon fat from pan, add onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Spread sour cream mixture over dough. Evenly place Brie on top, add onions, bacon and crumbled blue cheese,
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
