Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cubed into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (may substitute vegetable oil)
- 1/2 yellow onion, peeled and diced into large chunks
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 orange, cut into 1/4-inch-thick half moons
- 1 Tbsp Chinese 5-spice powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients for chicken and set aside.
Line a 13x9 baking dish with Glad foil and create 3 compartments with your foil.
Place chicken in 1 of the compartments. Prepare remaining chicken.
