PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A NON REACTIVE CONTAINER, MIX AND LET STAND 60 MINUTES, MIX A FEW TIMES OVER THE 60 MINUTES. THIS CURE IS GOOD FOR 20 LBS OF PORK MEAT. 10 DAY CURE, 1 DAY IS 24 HOUR
