- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 9 ounces whole wheat spaghetti or any long pasta
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Over medium heat, in a large saucepan with extra virgin olive oil, sauté the garlic until golden and fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth, milk, pasta, salt & pepper then bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, cover, then simmer until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally, about 17 minutes. Time depends on the kind of spaghetti you have.
When it's cooked, turn off the fire then add the Parmesan and parsley. Mix well then serve while hot
