Ingredients
- 6 peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 15-oz can tomato sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook peppers and peel. Cook meat with onion, drain. Stir in rice, salt, pepper, and 1 cup tomato sauce. Heat through.
Stuff each pepper with beef mixture. Stand upright in a square baking dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.
Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer.
