Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 1 c. margarine
• 1 c. cooking oil
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cream of tartar
• 1 tsp. soda
• 4 1/4 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugar, margarine, and eggs.
Stir in oil and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture and blend well.
Refrigerate until dough is firm.
Form into small round ballsand place on cookie sheet. Press with fork and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown.
