Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white with water until frothy. Drop nuts into egg white mixture, making sure all nuts are covered.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt and stir into the nuts a little at a time until they are all covered.
Grease cookie sheet. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Put on waxed paper to cool.
