Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 1 head bok choy, stems and leaves chopped
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c sesame seeds
  • 1 c sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (do not use seasoning packet)
  • 1/4 c margarine
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 c oil
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • Mix ingredients together and pour over salad just before serving.

Preparation

Step 1

Salad
1. Brown sesame seeds, almonds, noodles, sugar and margarine. Let cool.
2. Placee bok choy and onions in a large salad bowl.
3. Stir in noodle mixture.
4. Just before serving, pour dressing over the salad and mix.
