• 3 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 3 t vanilla
• 1 c oil
• 2 c grated zuchini
• 3 t cinnamon
• 1 t salt
• 1 t soda
• 3 c flour

Step 1

Cream first 4 ingredients. Add dry ingredients next. Stir in zuchinni. Makes 3 small loaves. Bake 1 hour at 325.
