Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c each vegetable of choice (cucumbers, spring onions, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
  • Mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Place crescent rolls on pizza pan or a 10x15" pan. Flatten and shape to fit pan. Bake 12 minutes or until brown. Cool.
3. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Spread on cooled crust.
4. Dice vegetables very, very fine. Spread over and press into the above mixture.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Cut into squares and serve.
