Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 lbs. ribs
  • Orange slices
  • Onion slices
  • 4 1/2 oz. pureed peaches
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 clove garlic. minced
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cover ribs with slices of onion & oranges. Bake in slow oven. Drain off fat & remove onion and oranges. Combine sauce ingrediants and baste ribs and continue baking.

Enough sauce for 2 lbs. of ribs
