Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 T flour
- 2 C multigrain penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 T Kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
- 1 C chicken broth
- 2 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 pkg (10 oz) spinach
- 1 C mozzaarella cheese
- 2 T grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Toss chicken with flour. Cook pasta as directed on pkg.
3. Heat dressing in skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 min or til chicken is browned. Add broth and cream cheese; cook 3 min or until cream cheese is melted. Stir in spinach.
4. Drain pasta. Add to spinach mixture; mix lightly. Spoon half into casserole pan; top with 1/2 C mozzarella. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
5. Bake 16-18 minutes or until casserole is heated through and mozzarella is melted.
