  • 3 cups Rice Chex (crush in blender)
  • 1 tsp. onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 (8oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 5oz. evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. season salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach (cook & drained)
  • 8 oz. can of sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in pan cream cheese, evaporated milk,m lemon juice, season salt, mushrooms juice, & pepper. Cook together & add egg, chopped spinach, & mushrooms. Add topping & cover.

Bake 350* for 15-20 minutes.
