Ingredients
- Filling:
- Topping;
- 3 cups Rice Chex (crush in blender)
- 1 tsp. onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (8oz.) cream cheese
- 1 5oz. evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. season salt
- dash pepper
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 pkg. chopped spinach (cook & drained)
- 8 oz. can of sliced mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Combine in pan cream cheese, evaporated milk,m lemon juice, season salt, mushrooms juice, & pepper. Cook together & add egg, chopped spinach, & mushrooms. Add topping & cover.
Bake 350* for 15-20 minutes.
