Ingredients
- 1 pouch of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix (1 lb 5 oz)
- 1/4 C COLD butter
- 4 oz COLD cream cheese
- Your choice of filling (Pie filling or preserves)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray the inside of two cupcake tins, (24 sides and bottoms)
In a bowl add the cookie mix with the butter and cream cheese. Use a pastry blender to blend the mixture until it is mixed and crumbly. Do not over mix.
Measure out 1 cup of this mixture and set aside.
Firmly press 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the bottom of each tin. Then,..
Place 1 tablespoon of your choice of filling in the center of each cookie. Then,..
Sprinkle the reserve cookie mixture over the top (like a crumble) of each cookie.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden.
Cool completely in pan, (about 30 minutes) then run a metal spatula along the edges to loosen the cookies.
