Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 9 - 10 medium potatoes, sliced
• 1-2 small onions, chopped
• 2 tsp. dried parsley, chopped
• 1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 can cream of chickena nd 1 can cream of celery)
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1 c. milk
• 1/4 - 1/2 c. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with fork. Stir in soup and milk. Add seasonsings.
