Ingredients
- 9 - 10 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1-2 small onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. dried parsley, chopped
- 1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 can cream of chickena nd 1 can cream of celery)
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. butter

Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with fork. Stir in soup and milk. Add seasonsings.
