Ingredients
- 1 lg fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1 Tbl red wine vinegar
- salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 2 Tbls sweetened dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Place sliced fennel in a salad bowl, add oranges; drizzle with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Toss to coat, top with cranberries and serve
