Ingredients
- 8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. Cottage Cheese
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- grated lemon peel (opt)
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust

Step 1
Blend all cheesecake pie ingredients in blender till smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Let pie cool in oven, then refrigerate. It firms up as it cools. When ready to eat pie, top with 1 can of cherry pie filling.
