Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 stick cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 1/3 cup chopped chives

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, whisk dry ingredients and 1/2 tsp. salt; rub in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. On floured surface, pat to 1-inch-thick disk. Cut out 2-inch biscuits; form scraps into more biscuits. On foil-lined baking sheet, bake at 425 degrees until golden, 15 minutes.
