Ingredients
- 1 – 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 TB all-purpose flour
- 2 TB yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- Four eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Two teaspoons vanilla
- One unbaked pie crust

Step 1
Preheat oven 325 degrees.
With an electric mixer on low, combine the sugar, flour, cornmeal, cocoa powder, and salt.
Slowly add in the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 325-degree oven for 55-60 minutes.
