Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
• 2 Tbs. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients together over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over spinach salad made with spinach, mushrooms, red onion slices and hard boiled egg slices. Good!
