Ingredients
- Chicken thighs and legs
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 stick of butter
Preparation
Step 1
Clean chicken thoroughly, and brown in saucepan. Add butter, wine and chicken broth. Let boil and turn stove top to simmer. Add mushrooms.
Continue simmering for 45-60 minutes or place into crock pot for 3-4 hours on low.
