Ingredients
- Mom
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- ¼ c. orange juice
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped or 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- Salt & pepper
- Place all ingredients in measuring cup and heat in microwave to blend flavours. Stir and drizzle over cooked carrots.
- Herbed Parmesan Carrots
- Makes 4 servings
- Cook 3 cups sliced carrots. Drain.
- (Microwave in ¼ c. water 6 -7 min)
- Mix: 1/3 c. miracle whip
- 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
- ¼ c. chopped parsley or 1 Tbsp. Dried parsley
- Toss with carrots.
