  • Teriyaki Sauce:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large egg, well beaten
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 375. In large mixing bowl, Mix beef, beaten egg, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce until well combined. Add bread crumbs mix well.

Form into meatballs and bake for 15-18 minutes.

In small pan mix liquids boil and then add cornstarch and water, Put meatballs in sauce and simmer.
