Banana Ginger Energy Smoothie

By

Silent reflux is a precursor to esophageal cancer, which is one of the most dangerous cancers out there. The good news is silent reflux can be managed, prevented, and even cured through a change in diet. Dr. Jamie Koufman's recipes not only soothe and curb silent reflux by limiting the kinds of acids found in the foods that cause it, but they're delicious too! This creamy smoothie uses ginger, which is one of the best ingredients for reflux. Also, yogurt and milk are both acid neutralizers that help keep reflux at bay.
