Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter

Step 1

To make batter mix eggs, milk, flour and sugar.
Melt 3 Tbsp butter in 9 x 13 pan in 450 degree oven. When butter is melted, pour batter into pan and bake in oven.
Pancake will puff up. Cook till edges are browned approximately 20 minutes. When you remove it from the oven the pancake will flatten.
Serve with syrup or preserves and whipped cream.
