Broccoli-Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded American cheese
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubs
  • 1 1/ cup water
  • 10 oz pkg. chopped broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

1. In sauce pan cook onion and butter.
2. Stir in flour.
3. Add milk, cook until thick stirring constantly.
4. Add cheese and stir, remove from heat.
5. In separate pan dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
6. Boil, add broccoli and cook according to directions. DO NOT DRAIN
7. Add two mixtures and stir.
